The Founder/Director Jean Williams is a Certified Leadership Training Coach. Jean has counseled and worked with “At Risk Youth” in New York City, Virginia and Maryland for more than 30 years, while operating as a Manager of public housing communities. She has studied and uses the materials of Dr. Myles Munroe and she has attended his International Leadership Training Institute in Nassau , Bahamas where the emphasis is upon International Leadership Development. "Her dedication to the growth and development of leadership potential in youth has been a tremendous resource to many families.
Our mission is to expose the unlimited genius potential in our youth which may now be demonstrated in negative, destructive and self-sabotaging behavior.
Our belief is that every person is created with purpose and potential. This potential is comprised of dormant ability, reserved power, and hidden talents. We believe that God -- Higher Power, is the source of all potential. Furthermore, no humans are void of this potential. The mind must be introduced to this concept, so that the inner self can surface, to embrace the realization of its original design and purpose! We believe that by changing the spirit or attitude, we can change minds, change lives and change destinies.
When we change the mind, we will change the
way we think about ourselves and others.
